Indirect and Direct Sales Support
Lead Generation and Road Shows
Asian Century Solutions supports both direct and indirect sales efforts with multiple services, including:
* Lead Generation : ACS’s contact centers (Malaysia & Philippines) generate leads, invite users or distributors/resellers to seminars, survey prospective customers, follow up with prospects after trade shows or seminars, and any other form of one-to-one marketing for B2B or B2C inbound or outbound contact management. These campaigns are conducted using both or either the client’s data and/or ACS’s proprietary databases of customers and resellers. If necessary, we will develop or acquire unique lists for the client’s project.
* Road Shows : ACS coordinates a 5 or 10 day series of seminars in the major cities of the client’s target countries. Depending on whether the go-to-market model is direct or indirect, we invite prospective resellers/distributors and/or end users. Someone from the client’s head office (usually CEO, Sales VP, Marketing VP or Product Management lead) presents the company and product overview and, sometimes, a demo. ACS presents on how the client’s offering aligns with the local market requirements and how local partners and customers will be supported. We follow up with each attendee with a telephone based satisfaction and interest survey.
